Mix & Match Stays is a flexible multi-hotel booking platform designed around how travellers actually move. Instead of staying in the same hotel every night, you can choose a different hotel for each night of your trip — all brought together in one booking journey.
Why book different hotels on different nights?
Trips rarely stay in one place. One night you might want to be near a venue, another near a neighbourhood you came to explore, another close to where you start the next day. Mixing hotels lets your accommodation follow your plans rather than forcing your plans around your hotel — so you spend more time experiencing each part of your trip and less time travelling back and forth. Better rates on some nights can also be a welcome bonus.
What is the basket?
The basket collects your selected hotel nights in one place. Each line shows the hotel, date, room type, cancellation details, and price before you proceed to checkout.
What does mixing and matching mean?
It means you can plan a trip across multiple locations in one basket — for example, two nights in London, two in Edinburgh, and one in Manchester — without managing separate booking journeys.
Can I still book one hotel for the full stay?
Yes. Use Single Hotel mode when you want one property for the entire trip. Mix & Match mode is there when your plans call for more flexibility.
What is the Trip Planner?
The Trip Planner is an AI-powered itinerary builder that creates a suggested day-by-day plan for your trip, including activities, neighbourhood ideas, restaurants, and areas that may suit each night of your stay.
How do I use it?
Choose your destination city. Select your trip length. Pick your travel style, such as culture, food, family, nightlife, shopping, romance, or relaxation. Tell us who you are travelling with. Choose a budget level and generate your itinerary.
What cities are supported?
The planner supports major destinations across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. You can also type in a city that is not on the suggested list.
Can I share my plan?
Yes. After your itinerary is generated, use the Share option to copy a link for travel companions, friends, or family.
Does the planner book hotels?
No. The planner helps you shape the trip. To book hotels, continue through the normal hotel search and checkout flow.
